If the weather is good and the sun is out, the roof will be down unless specifically requested otherwise. On occasion we also tour with all the doors off, which is how Jeep driving is designed at its purest. We do not tour when it rains (unless requested otherwise) and can reschedule a booked tour if rain is predicted. This is tour and season dependent. Please reach out to us for further info.

This is Cape Town! Strangely, a jersey/jacket and sun block are always important. Hats too! Blankets will be provided if needed. It can get windy as this is an open air experience. Worth it? Absolutely.

If an accident occurs: If the driver is unable and you are in a position to do so, call emergency services if/as required. 10177 or 082 911 for an ambulance. If the driver is unable and you are in a position to do so, take several pictures of the accident and get all contact details of drivers/cars involved, including contact numbers and license plate numbers. If the driver is unable, call/Whatsapp Jeep Life Tours on 0027 67 413 8970 who will inform on next steps. If the vehicle is incapable of being driven, Jeep Life Tours will appoint an authorised towing company to tow the vehicle and ensure all on tour will be safely transferred to their final destination. If a break down occurs within 5 hours of the tour starting, Jeep Life Tours will return all money paid.
